	ACCUMULATION AND ALIGNMET CONVEYORS Over the years, ALFOGAR has acquired broad experience in transporting and manipulating cans in canning facilities and manufactures, by special order, feeding systems for all types of machines- from those involving packing processes and oiling, to closing or boxing machines. Regardless of the type of product to be handled, ALFOGAR can offer you a solution to your needs. Manufactured in top quality AISI-304, AISI-316 or 316L stainless steel. Other stainless steel qualities are available upon request. Built with modular conveyor links of polypropylene, acetal resins or with hinges, these conveyors are ideal for feeding or collecting cans from the production line to compensate for different levels of filling before closing or for washing cans to be packed. Motor speed can be controlled either mechanically or electronically, depending on the needs of the user. Virtually all machines are custom manufactured for each client, according to their space and use requirements. Manufactured in compliance with EC standards.

	AUTOMATIC DEPALLETISER FOR CONTAINERS The automatic depalletiser for containers is designed to feed empty containers onto the conveyor, with a mean output of 1200 cans per minute, RR-125 or similar, such as RR-90, RR-70, RO-85 etc… or other types of containers. Units for increased production or different canning formats can be manufactured by special order. This unit may be equipped with a distribution system to feed different production lines automatically. The depalletiser features an automatic infeed and discharge system for empty containers, depalletisation actions, automatic removal of cartons, feed belt and exit conveyor or distributor. All operations are carried out automatically. All units are also equipped with a manual operating mode to perform any non- programmed manoeuvres or actions. 	MULTIFORMAT BOXING MACHINE The easy-to-operate multiformat boxing machine from ALFOGAR provides efficient and continuous boxing with a mean output of 200 cans/minute. This machine can be installed at the exit point of the case packer or wrapping machine, with the two machines connected in series. The unit is almost fully autonomous, only needing an air inlet pressure of 6 Bar and a monophase power supply of 230 V. The format can be changed simply by changing the implements of the box and case. For models with box formers, consult us previously so that we can provide the best adaptation of the machine to suit your needs. 	WEIGHING EQUIPMENT ALFOGAR designs and manufactures a range of weighing systems, for live, processed or frozen products. Our products employ different types of weighing units, among them, the model shown here, with a double belt hopper feed, one which handles the main product flow, the other, the fine adjustment. 	CASE PACKER / WRAPPING MACHINE FOR PACKS OF 3 OR 6 CANS This wrapping machine features an output of 150 Packs/ minute, provided it has a continuous and guaranteed feeding input. The unit can be fed by connection in series to a linear tumbling-feeding machine or for better results, to a good-quality feed belt. ALFOGAR is experienced in the manufacture of machines designed to pack or wrap all types of can specifications. This unit packages cans from RO-70 to RO-90 (special order). Different models are also available for wrapping other types, including RR (rectangular) can packs or arrangements for round cans in packs of 6, parallel packing of cans two by two, or in vertical arrangements. Please consult us for your production needs. All of our machines are manufactured in stainless steel and in compliance with EC standards.

	CAN WASHING MACHINE Can washing machine, for bulk use or for handling different sizes via separate channels. This is a top of the range piece of equipment, capable of washing a wide range of can types with ease as a result of the option it offers to install separators between wash lines. Manufactured from 100% 304 or 316 stainless steel as is/are the wash pump(s). The machine may also be supplied with either one or two can washer compartments: One compartment is for can wash without rinse, whereas the compartment model has one section for the wash cycle and the second for the rinse. Capable of servicing any can closing machine currently available on the market. Optionally customers may choose to have one or more channels for the washing of jars and other glass containers. Fully complies with all EC standards.

	CAN WASHER / DRYER MACHINE Our can washer - dryer machine is a top of the range piece of equipment, capable of washing a wide range of can types with ease as a result of the option it offers to install separators between wash lines. Manufactured from 100% 304 or 316 stainless steel as are the wash pumps. The machine may also be supplied with either one or two can washer compartments, although the first is only used to avoid the two different water types mixing inside the machine. Two compartments, one for the wash cycle, the second for the rinse. Capable of servicing any can closing machine currently available on the market. Optionally customers may choose to have one or more channels for the washing of jars and other glass containers. Fully complies with all EC standards.

	CONTAINER TIPPER WITH BUFFER FEED AND ALIGNMENT SYSTEM This tipper is designed to empty autoclave containers OR warehouse crates using an easy to handle hydraulic system which is ideal for small cans and thus prevent production line hold ups and inconvenience when emptying containers. The unit can be used to feed a packaging machine or any continuous and aligned feed system. It consists of a tipper, buffer belt and exit alignment group. Manufactured from stainless steel in full compliance with all applicable EC standards. Easily adapted for all kinds of containers and exit heights, as required. Hydraulic tipper mechanism via hydraulically controlled independent central unit, whilst the exit conveyor belt can be operated either electrically or by using the central hydraulic system.
