MANIPULATION CONVEYORS
- Over the years, ALFOGAR has acquired
broad experience in transporting, cleaning
and processing fish in canning facilities and
manufactures, by special order, conveyor
systems to obtain optimum machine ouput.
The projects are custom designed to suit each
individual customer.

- Manufactured in top quality AISI-304, AISI-316
or 316L stainless steel. (Other stainless steel
qualities are available upon request).
- Built with modular conveyor links of
polypropylene, acetal resins or PVC, these
conveyors are ideal for different processes:
feeding or collecting cans from the production
lines; cleaning fish with different belts;
receiving fish; waste disposal; separate
collection of different types of fish parts and
production control.
- Virtually all machines are custom manufactured for each client, according to
their space and use requirements.

CONTINUOUS COOKING UNIT FOR SARDINES OR OTHER FISH
-
Continuous cooker for sardine or other types
of fish, ideal for cooking the product on a
screen or in cans. Continuous cooking with
no interruption for loading or unloading. It is
equipped with a forced air drying area.
- Transported on stainless steel feed chains
with cross axles, the fish is placed on trays
designed to drain off any liquids or grease
produced during the cooking process, which
are then channelled to the collection point.
- The unit is equipped with a speed control
system to regulate the cooking time which
may range from 15 to 300 minutes. It also
includes a control unit that regulates and
records the temperature in the cooking and

STATIC COOKER
- This “Churrusquiña” type cooker is designed for small, non-industrial productions with a capacity of one or more carriages (depending on the model and the needs of the customer).
- The size can be adapted to the available space.
- Ideal for bulk cooking on screens or in cans.
- Manufactured in top quality A-316 stainless steel and equipped with feed, aeration, purge and washout valves for control purposes.
- Equipped with the ALFOGAR Mod.C-115 process control unit, where the cooking programs for the different types of fish can be stored.
- Manufactured in compliance with EC standards.

FISH DEHEADING AND GUTTING MACHINE
- Our fish deheading / gutting machines are
designed to remove the heads and guts from
sardines and similar fish, such as mackerel
and garfish. On request, the unit can also
be supplied with an optional fish tail cutting
device.
- The various cuts are made with adjustable
circular knives, which can be regulated
depending on the species and size of the fish.
- Fish guts are removed by a vacuum extraction
system.
- Each individual machine capable of
processing up to 150 fish per minute. In any
case, this production can be increased by the
skill of the machine operators, as the speed of
the equipment is fully adjustable.
- This machinery may be installed either
individual, in series – with a number of
