	COOKED SHELLFISH SORTING MACHINE This machine is ideal for sorting cooked shellfish meats. It is equipped with three or four sieves to sort up to five different product sizes, depending on the model. Different sizes can be graded by simply changing the screen or sieve. All A-316 quality stainless steel construction with teflon clamps. Sieves are easily changed or removed for cleaning. Upon request the sorting machine can be equipped with feed belts or conveyors to collect the size-graded product and transfer it to the inspection tables or to the boxing area, improving the output of the operator. 	CONTINUOUS COOKING UNIT FOR MUSSELS This unit is designed for average and large productions with a capacity to cook from 10 to 22 Tons per hour. Fully automatic, it features a process control device that allows the operator to choose the type of cooking by means of a simple command on the dialogue terminal. The operator is free to carry out other supervisory tasks on the production line, since the cooker is equipped with an alarm system that will sound if a problem should arise. Full stainless steel construction. The cooker is built with a top loading door and a bottom door for unloading the unit. Both doors are situated on a wall, which is operated hydraulically to allow access to the inside of the cooker for cleaning and maintenance. The unit features an interior conveyor belt, where the different processes are carried out – cooking, loading, unloading. Other types of shellfish can be cooked in this unit with no need for modifications on the unit. Manufactured in compliance with EC standards.

	DESBYSSING MACHINE MOD. SA-1500 The Debysser Mod SA-1500 is a machine designed for average and large productions. It may be installed as a single unit or several machines may be used for higher production levels and to improve product distribution. This machine removes the byssus from the mussel after cooking, enhancing the quality of the finished product. The byssus is efficiently and reliably removed in a very high proportions. Our products employ different types of weighing units, among them, the model shown here, with a double belt hopper feed, one which handles the main product flow, the other, the fine adjustment. This machine is ideal for small and medium sized level of production. It is available in two versions, one for weighing from 1 kg to 5 kg, the other 5 kg to 15 kg. 	CASCADE AND ROTARY FILTERS FOR THE ELIMINATION / SEPARATION OF SOLIDS ALFOGAR S.L. manufacture a wide range of filtration systems, including cascade filters and rotary filters, both of which are designed to either eliminate or separate solids from the water that is to be treated. The cascade filter is ideal for smaller facilities or in reduced spaces and with a low flow rate, ideal for applications in which there are hardly any maintenance staff or access to such areas is difficult. The rotary filter is suitable for all types of facilities: depending on the flow rate and required size of the solids to be separated – eliminated, the ideal rotary filter can then be designed. Alfogar S.L. currently manufacture rotary filters with a separation of solids capacity of from 50 litres per minute to 3,000 m3 per hour, depending on the filter screen size. Ideal for water inlets to fish farms, shellfish treatment units, shellfish tanks and all other water storage operations where there is the possibility of unwanted solids.
