polypropylene, acetal resins or PVC, these
conveyors are ideal for different processes:
feeding or collecting cans from the production
lines; cleaning fish with different belts;
receiving fish; waste disposal; separate
collection of different types of fish parts and
production control.

ACCUMULATION AND ALIGNMENT CONVEYORS

cans in canning facilities and manufactures,
by special order, feeding systems for all types
of machines- from those involving packing
processes and oiling, to closing or boxing
machines. Regardless of the type of product
to be handled, ALFOGAR can offer you a
solution to your needs.
- Manufactured in top quality AISI-304, AISI-316
or 316L stainless steel. Other stainless steel
qualities are available upon request.
- Built with modular conveyor links of
polypropylene, acetal resins or with hinges,
these conveyors are ideal for feeding or
collecting cans from the production line
to compensate for different levels of filling
before closing or for washing cans to be
packed. Motor speed can be controlled either
mechanically or electronically, depending on
the needs of the user.
- Virtually all machines are custom
manufactured for each client, according to
their space and use requirements.

WEIGHING EQUIPMENT
- ALFOGAR designs and manufactures a range
of weighing systems, for live, processed
or frozen products. Our products employ
different types of weighing units, among them,
the model shown here, with a double belt
hopper feed, one which handles the main
product flow, the other, the fine adjustment.

FISH DEHEADING AND GUTTING MACHINE
- Our fish deheading / gutting machines are
designed to remove the heads and guts from
sardines and similar fish, such as mackerel
and garfish. On request, the unit can also
be supplied with an optional fish tail cutting
device.
- The various cuts are made with adjustable
circular knives, which can be regulated
depending on the species and size of the fish.
- Fish guts are removed by a vacuum extraction
system.
- Each individual machine capable of
processing up to 150 fish per minute. In any
case, this production can be increased by the
skill of the machine operators, as the speed of
the equipment is fully adjustable.
- This machinery may be installed either
individual, in series – with a number of
separate machines in a line - or in parallel, in
groups of two connected to the central feed
tank supplying the fish to the deheading /
gutting machines.
- Manufactured from A-316 stainless steel in full
compliance with all applicable EC standards.

AUTOMATIC WEIHING MACHINE
- ALFOGAR designs and manufactures a range
of weighing systems, for live, processed
or frozen products. Our products employ
different types of weighing units, among them,
the model shown here, with a double belt

- This machine is ideal for small and medium
sized level of production. It is available in two
versions, one for weighing from 1 kg to 5 kg,
the other 5 kg to 15 kg.
- Easy to handle and move, this is the ideal
weighing solution for industries that need
to work with a wide range of products in a
reduced space.
