DUAL CHANNEL GLAZING MACHINE
- ALFOGAR’s glazing machines have been
developed to ensure a perfect finish (uniform
and constant) for all product types, be that
fish, shellfish, cephalopods such as squid,
guaranteeing brilliant cleanliness, no residue
or dehydration as well as impeding oxidation.
- The model is ideal for exits from freezing
tunnels, getting maximum benefit from
refrigeration facilities or as part of a food
freezing process.
- This machine allows for great working
flexibility thanks to its tank temperature control
and speed regulation of the internal conveyor
belt, allowing great control over the glaze
required.
- Thermal insulation for tank, water recirculation
pump, water nozzles on the upper part on
request and a cold set.
